Hemptella’s story started with the combined passion of a French Pastry Chef’s craze for chocolate and hemp seeds and his wife’s commitment to nutrition, health, and wellness.
When they learned that their son’s school, like many others, had a strict no-nut policy to protect children with allergies, they felt even more inspired to create a delicious, nut-free spread that everyone could enjoy safely.
“HEMPTELLA” spread was created from an idea envisioned around our breakfast table in Sydney, Australia.
Our vision is to raise awareness of the health benefits of hemp and offering nutritious products made with hemp as eco-friendly as possible.
Your health matters to us, and we believe that education from hemp derived products as a healthy food component is important, that’s why we aim to spread the love for hemp and healthy food with like-minded people worldwide.
From the beginning of our journey, creating a joyful and healthy spread loaded in healthy plant based protein and nourishing quality was unquestionable.
Nutritious can be delicious as well! We aim to offer a healthier alternative to many other spreads on the market which end up on our kitchen table.
Being aware of the various nutritional benefits of HEMP SEEDS for our body, and loving its delicious nutty taste, we were determined to use hemp hulled seeds as our prime ingredient in producing an authentic “Hemptella spread”!
We made a vow to NEVER USE palm oil, grain oils, GMO ingredients, or artificial flavours, colours, or additives, ensuring Hemptella spread maintains the highest ethical quality possible.
Furthermore, we decided to go a huge extra step by using exclusively PLANT BASED and ALLERGEN FREE ingredients - NO Nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs.
